Failed IRS. Had to print and sent.

Return rejected by IRS for past two years since Adjusted AGI on return did not match IRS records.
I had IRS send me theirs, it matched mine but still rejected.
Also -HR Missed a capital gains schedule when imported from TD Ameritrade.
My son uses another package and his was effortless. Switching.

It worked pretty well, needs better crypto support

Usually filing is pretty easy, but I had a few crypto sales this year that I needed to report. I did not find this straightforward. If there's not better support, I'll probably consider other software. I've used HR block for years and until now, it's suited my needs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Been using H&R Block Tax Software for several years and will continue to use it as long as it is offered. Good program!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Form print size should be increased to at least New Times Roman 14.

Have used Block software for five years. That says it all. Only negative I ever experienced was this year when I asked a question....it took hours and hours to reach a human. This was the only question I ever needed answered. I don't want any more questions with this kind of wait. Need more question lines/answers, especially nearer file deadline.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
I would recommend this to a friend!

green fonts and text too small

Using this software is tiring on the eys due to green fonts and text too small. Programmers need to put a settings at the start of the software to choose fonts one can see and turn the text to black. Also, to set brightness of the screen. I have double vision from using this software. Pop up windows also needs to have a close button at the bottom center in Red.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Great service for tax year 2021!
