Difficult to follow

Took twice as long to complete as last year. Pop up notes would not allow to delete a entry.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely easy to navigate: interview process is descriptive of what is required and simple to follow

I completed my return and clicked save, but could not find it after filing, however, I had no problem saving my kids' returns. I think it's best to have a CD.

I did the taxes for my daughter and her husband and since they had very little income I believed it would be straight forward. The software indicated they would get twice the amount they actually received. Needless to say, this was a real disappointment as they really needed the money!
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Rejected twice and charged both times

I’m not sure why why the company would charge me twice for a rejected tax document that was auto filled from the year prior’s tax return. It’s insulting to not only pay for the software, but also pay for the filing to be rejected twice.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
