Easy to use. Walks you step by step. At times only making the corrections after the automatic audit is a bit hard due to font size. Been using it for more than 5 years. Easy import of previous year data.

I've used your app for years. Now I can't submit my taxes through e-file and you won't tell me why. Plus now I can't file extension because your app says I've e-filed.

It got the job done, but there was little to no information on how calculations were made, which made me pause throughout the process - especially since I had to file for two states.
Did not like the charges associated with states and e-filing. Way too expensive for a low (and I mean LOW) income level.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
