Very Easy to Use

This was my first time filing taxes by myself, and H&R Block made it very easy. Full of useful information that pertains to me now, and will probably pertain to me in the future. Takes a bit of time if you're new to filing, but it's easy to follow.
Cons: Time consuming
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import

Used same software last year. Still easy to use. Taxes took about an hour to complete.

program took a 1099R annuity and placed it on the line for wages salaries & tips
should have been on line for pensions & annuities. federal tax has been filed & accepted by IRS
