H & R Block Federal Income Tax and Problems Using

Every year I've used H & R Block for doing my income taxes for the Feds. but every year I have the same problem with them and that is finding my Accumulated Gross Income amount for the past year so I can e-file the present year's statement to the IRS, plus another problem so that the IRS will not accept the Post Office box address for my former employer (which I am receiving retirement money from them each month). Once they overcome these two problems, I will recommend this program to those I know, but not until then.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

If you like to know how to manage your own money, no better way to learn than while doing taxes... with a program/app that helps. I have used for years and have never been disappointed. Good stuff!
