Overall the software is pretty good. I give it only 2 stars because you refuse to provide a version that will work on the Linux operating system. So once a year I have to dredge up my awful Win10 system just to do taxes. Please expand your horizons and get with Linux.

one flaw, the software should automatically save each time you change pages. no, on second thought, it should automatically save every five minutes, so if something goes wrong you never lose more than 5 minutes work.

I'm 75 and NOT your 10-year-old Nerd IQ guy! I had downloaded the wrong program and called your "Help" department. They connected me to a sweet, knowledgeable lady named "Taylor" in FL. She fixed the problem immediately. She was extremely nice, helpful and patient. I recommend she be given a raise!

We have used H&R Block software for several years. Very consistent and up to date. We will never use another brand of software for our personal returns.

I bought my Deluxe Home and Investment five days ago and HRBlock provided helpful tax information and guidance. I was able to complete taxes in a short amount of time. Thanks to the Block and my record keeping.
