Bought because Turbo Tax is not used. friendly. This year your program was approaching user friendliness. If it ain't broke, Don't. Fix it! You want unscrew up a good program. Hope next year's program will be better.
Cons: Hard to fix issues
Pros: Easy to install

This was absolutely idiot-proof, and trust me, I always push the envelope ! I was able to navigate the entire program. This was my first time with H and R Block and I will certainly use it again ! Thank you !

Almost Perfect

Again the software worked great. One issue that bugged me...Last year I filed using the H&R Block direct on-line process (never again). This year I went back to purchasing the software and filing online. Problem was this year's software would only import data from last year (which I don't have since it was all done online) and it would allow me to use 2014 data (which I did have on my computer). This is an oversight that should not have happened. At the least, this year's software should have asked if I filled out and filed online and then imported the data (since H&R Block has all the information). Other than making re-enter all the required info (which took more time than the actual 2016 tax data) everything went smoothly.
Cons: Hard to import
Pros: Easy to install, Maximizes refund, Fast

Piece of Mind

I have used H&R Block software to file my return for as long as I can remember. It is easy but very comprehensive. It gives me the piece of mind that I have done the best that can be done. No worries. Thanks H&R Block.

While I have no problem with the program which works great. I am upset that I paid for a program that advertised I would get 5 free Fed filings and 1 free State filing but I was charged by credit card to file my State. This is two years in a row this has occurred. Not good.
