The "GO TO" FEATURE IS OUTSTANDING!

Having previous information brought forward saves so much time and frustration. The step progression keeps me organized. Had difficulty with the section on IRA and the basis computation. Needs more explanation. Thanks, Ed

One concern

Filing my 2018 caused me to review my 2017 forms. I found I had made a big entry error entering data for a 1099-DIV. I omitted the decimal for foreign tax paid making the entry 100 times the right amount. This was not flagged in any way. I far as I can tell it was completely ignored. Had the program caught this in some way it would have saved me $44 and amending a return. I still give them 4-stars. I've used their program for many years and would sill recommend them. This is my first real complaint. I hope H&R sees this and improves their accuracy checking. Only in 2017 did they fail to maximize my refund.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

I have used this product for a number of years. I do some returns for friends using the 5 email allowance, then a couple more that they need to mail in.
Its a good price for good software. Helps with 1099B consolidation too.

I've used this for the last 5 yrs. Got tired of TurboTax's high charges. I could probably do this for free online but I do like to get the basic edition.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS YEARS SOFTWARE. IT DID NOT UPLOAD MY W2 AS IN PREVIOUS YEARS. I HAD TO ADD IT ALL MANUALLY.
