I've used H&R Block Basic for several years and have always been happy with it. I takes you through all the most common (and many uncommon) subjects and is easy to use. Basic downloads all my stock trades, dividends and interest payments from my brokerage saving me a lot of time. It also imports all the previous years information so you don't have to repeat a lot of information that remains the same year to year; and information that's no longer applicable is easy to delete.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

I wish that some of the name fields in the interest and dividends area could accommodate more characters. Perhaps it is an IRS limit.
There is a place in the interview during the process of E-filing where the software provides an email address to be put in my address book to prevent emails from you from going into my spam folder. Please make that email address participate in Cut and Paste operations so I don't have to retype it manually - and probably incorrectly.
