Good, but lacking one element I needed help on

My lump sum SSA distribution was no fully addressed by the software requiring me to spend several hours attempting to calculate an entry based on IRS pub 915. The input that I used to complete that form was taken from both 2018 and 2019 tax returns, both calculated with TaxCut software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Good software. I have had a complaint ever since I started using this software: The lists of dividend and interest payers can not be alphabetize by the program but must be done manually. I have brought this issue several time but nothing has changed.
