Four vehicles?

Your product is good, but apparently has its glitches. I was in the process of e-filing for -880, when your software said there was a glitch in the worksheet regarding vehicle mileage. I went there,and discovered 4 copies. 3 were identical, but when I erased the 2 erroneous ones, my debt increased by $276! So you see, your glitch gave me false hope that I owed less than I did.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

The Monkey Survey was a great annoyance.

The tax program was good and simple to use. The Monkey Survey was totally out of place, and was like a virus.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to do a painful task

It is easy to do the yearly PITA!!
Only issue is I have had identity theft issues and need to input my yearly pin I get from the IRS. I have to go into the form and input it. There needs to be a question screen asking for the IP PIN if you have one.
