I have used your software forever, and you improve it annually. I'm a CPA and I prefer it to TurboTax

I have been using H&R Block's software for the past few years and have been totally satisfied. It is easy to use, especially by updating data from the previous years return. I plan to use H&R Block's software again next year. Thank you.

I have used H&R Block's software for about 10 years. It turns out to have features not even mentioned, such as being able to file an amended return. This was the first year I had any problem at all with it, and that was some sort of glitch about needing a "copy number" for a 1099-misc.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
