So fast. So easy

My parents bought this software. We were all able to use it at our own leisure. It was quick and very easy. Help is just a click away if a question or doubt should arise.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

IRS rejected - twice

I have used TurboTax in the past, no problems. This is the second time I was rejectged due to software updates - I will not be using this product next year

Either it is the IRS or your inability to make the questions easier to understand. I found it much more difficult this year.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
