Very clunky program

Been using them for years, and I'm pretty much stuck with their software, but they haven't made any improvements at all in user interface. It's a clumsy program that gets the job done, but should really be much more user-friendly. Their state programs are particularly weak.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The interaction with prior years returns makes this the top choice
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Software was very difficult to load onto my computer. Disc would not work so had to load from website and still difficult to load and install. Once loaded and return started would not save the return in the usual folder and would not create the file in the location recommended by the program. Spent hours just trying to get the software to work properly.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
