I PURCHASE THIS PROGRAM EVERY YEAR AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT. IT IS EASY TO FILL IN, AND THE PROGRAM DOES ALL THE WORK FOR YOU. IT WILL EVEN HELP YOU WITH SOME DEDUCTIONS YOU MAY NOT BE AWARE OF. FILING IS MADE SIMPLE EVEN FOR OLDER PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT COMPUTER FRIELDLY.

User interface is simple and easy to use. Saving and other functions are helpful.
Almost every step is done smoothly without problem except one problem: As I'm the first time user and don't have last year's tax result in its own file format, when I import my last year's tax result in pdf format (created by IRS electrical form), it didn't import the AGI correctly. This was noticed by me and corrected manually by overriding the AGI field before submitting though.

I hate being rushed while I fill out my income tax forms. The "free" tax sites love to rush you, and if you don't fill out the forms in a certain amount of time, they nuke all of the info you submitted by resetting the fields because you were too slow. Grrr! I'd rather buy this software and be sure I did it right.
