On your income section when imputing information from a 1099-R you ask for a Payer's Federal ID #. On both my 1099-R forms it is listed as Payer-s TIN. I had to research to be sure this was the same thing. I think you could at least add the the term TIN in brackets to the payer-s Federal block. This was the same last year so the problem is not new.
Pros: Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a great product. I have been using it to file my Federal taxes since 2004. Once data is entered the first time, the next years software imports all of the information for you. My taxes are more or less the same each year, so after the previous years data is imported, it is a matter of editing the figures.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents

I began and finished my tax return easily and quickly with no other help required, same as the last few years.

Good and complete forms but no way to enlarge text

Two weeks it kept saying, no internet connection while everything thing else on my PC was working fine. ??? Assume it was waiting for 02-14 update. But that’s not what it said, kept saying try again to update for two weeks

My first software would not download into Win 10. The subsequent replacement downloaded correctly with no problems. Completing the Federal and State was easy because of the clear instructions.
