Easy to use

Purchased advance copy on-line which allowed me to prepare back in November. Really like the fact I did not have to wait. Helped to determine the amount of money to withdraw from 401k / IRA in December and still keeping in 10-12% tax bracket.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

This Year It Sucks

Purchased and installed the program from disc. Prepared three returns. Submitted all three returns fed/state electronically. First two returns accepted in a couple hours. The third return stayed pending for 11 days. Trying to reach H&R support was a nightmare. Finally got through on fifth attempt. The problem was in H&R's software. Had to wait four more days for a scheduled update. Refiled electronically fed/state--was charged AGAIN for e-file. Going to look at other options for next near.
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The one thing that would make this product even better is a magnifying glass. Some of the information was too small for my old eyes to see. I tried increasing the font size on my computer but that forced to drag the screen back and forth. I had my daughter read the screens to me.
