Easy program to operate, questions explained thoroughly without sounding like a I'm being treated like a 2nd grader, I trust this company because it has been around for years and I've never had any problems, it shows me what & how to double-check for complete accuracy.

Easy to fill out forms. Like (I presume) most tax software it's easy to import the previous years data. This keeps all of your ersonal data, account numbers etc.

Purchased on line this year and software was easy to down load. I am very pleased to continue to work with H & R Block's program. If you need to review any part of the return it is easy to find.

I have been using H&R Block software for my taxes for several years...using more complex versions when my finances were more complex. Now my husband and I are retired and this Basic software is all we need. Took about 30 minutes to complete as most identifying data was pulled in from the year before. The only thing I am not happy with was the lack of updates this year until today which prevented filing earlier. This is why I am giving the product 4 stars instead of 5.

I purchased the software in December it was easy to download and pay for. The program is very easy to use and simple to navigate around the return. I am a prior Turbo Tax user and I was very pleased with this product.
