It is a pretty good laptop with high RAM. The looks are the same as the previous version with 16GB RAM (i bought a few years ago). I saw the blue screen of death on the computer wihin a week of its arrival. If you are an extreme web user like me with 100s of web pages running at the same time, then this computer might not be the right fit for you. I am happy with the device overall, but i had bigger hopes with its capability. So, I give it 4 stars

Saving files is extremely annoying, frustrating, and time consuming.

I have never saved any file to "One Drive" intentionally, nor do I ever want to. Every time I try to save a file this laptop tries to save it to One Drive. It is extremely annoying, frustrating, and time consuming to save the files to my computer. I paid extra for the largest storage option on the laptop yet the software wants to save everything to the cloud.

Fast and efficient. At first i was hesitant about buying a new laptop with Windows 11 installed. I was amazed at how fast and efficient this computer is. It fulfills all my needs, and while there is a small learning curve to learn Windows 11, I am getting there slowly but surely. The screen display and the colors are vivid. The speed of loading and moving into whatever application I choose to use to use at that time Is amazing.
