I love my new HP Envy Laptop 17t-cw100, 17.3" computer. With the solid state hard drive, the laptop boots up in seconds compared to minutes for my old Envy Laptop. The screen resolution is fantastic where I'm watching videos or viewing pictures I have taken with my digital cameral. It is very light, which makes it easy to carry. The price wasn't exorbitant and worth the customization I requested. This computer is great for home use!

The computer this new one replaced was a much older HP Envy 17inch. This new one has a newer, more powerful processor and 32GB RAM instead of the 16GB on the old computer. So far I'm really very pleased.

The pc seems fine, but the upgrade/conversion process is driving me to distraction.
hp envy with two drives and win 10, to hp envy 1 tb drive with ;win 11 should be simple. It's not. Pc arrived 6/3. Now it's 6/18. I'm still using old unit as primary until I can duplicate the old unit. In this day & age, this should be a simple process. Even with software assistance (easeus pc Tran & partition manager), with several emails to help, I'm almost tempted to throw in the towel, do a factory reset, and either start over, or just quit. At this rate, I'll never know how much better this pc really is.

Glad I did my research before buying a new PC. Found that HP had the best quality on new PCs. Chat with an agent until early morning hours and I got a better PC all around with a better price than my usual "go to" for my computing needs.
