Nice computer. Just the computer and power cord was in the box. I powered up the device and it was quick to set up and use. An USB external drive was used to effortlessly move data from my old computer to this new one. The touch screen is great. Added memory and a solid state drive makes the computer speedy.

It’s exactly what I ordered and exactly what I wanted. The screen is huge and display is great. The only negative is the weight - it’s kinda heavy for a laptop- but it’s also bigger than most. I don’t need to carry it around much though so for me it’s not an issue.

This is my second HP laptop. I also have and HP Pavillion Elite desktop. I have found HP computers to be easy to use for my purposes. I'm well pleased. The only way I'd be happier is if my 8 and 12 year old computers worked as well and smoothly as the new one.
