Everything went well except when it came to opening the pre installed Microsoft office program I purchased. You would think it would just be a matter of clicking and opening the program. Nope. My wife and I struggled for hours attempting to open office. First the computer required my wife log into her Microsoft account which the computer never recognized. We were stumped. I decided to log into my account and just pull over my office on file which is what we were trying to avoid because this was her computer and she would have my info. Fortunately this was the breakthrough we needed because as soon as I logged in it said you already have this program on the new computer and this actually opened the new program and we haven’t had any problem since. To hard. Needs to be simplified.

I thought I was buying the same 17 inch Envy machine that I had purchased in 2018. This one is smaller and the sound from the speakers is less pleasing. I spent 3 hours unsuccessfully trying to get the printer to work. Was put on endless hold by HP support.
