Great fun for minecraft lovers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids (boys ages 7 and 6) love Minecraft, and creepers are one of their favorites. They were so excited when they first saw this creeper. They love that they can drive it around the room and they love the explosions. The controller joystick only goes forward and backward. When it’s going backward it turns. This type of RC controller is new to my kids, but they were able to get the hang of steering it pretty quickly and are able to get the creeper to go where they want. When you tap the button on the controller the creeper makes some hissing/exploding noises. When you press and hold the button the creeper makes noises for a couple seconds and then it explodes. The head pops off and little pieces of “debris” fly out. The creeper comes with ten pieces of explosive particles which are actually made of thick paper. After exploding out and being put back inside the creeper many times they do start to bend and the edges split. It's what you’d expect from paper. It wouldn’t be hard to make replacements at home if you wanted to. Sometimes my kids put the head on backwards and drive it in circles. It gets a lot of play in our home but it's still working great. This is a fun toy for kids who love minecraft.

Remote control fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received the Minecraft Exploding Remote Control Creeper and it did not disappoint! The ultimate remote control toy for kids of all ages!! My sons love it! It looks just like the creeper in the game, the bright green color is awesome. The remote fits easily in any little hands for fun play. It is very easy to control, forward, backwards and of course the explode button so any age can operate easily. You fill the box with coins and when you least expect it, hold the button down and BOOM,the head flies into the air along with the coins, so cool! Easy to put back together. There is also a button to push to make sounds and lights up. Don't worry its not loud and crazy like some of the other toys out there .So much fun! It works best on flooring rather than carpet. It is very well made, doesn't fall over easily like some other products do. My kids spent a good 30 minutes playing with it and then starting adding all their other Minecraft toys and made it last even longer. If you have kids that love Minecraft like mine do, this is the toy they will enjoy.

Does not work, out of box. Disappointing!

The head explodes but does not move forward and backward. Just unboxed this gift and am very disappointed. There is not way to return or exchange this product is out of stock. I have a very disappointed kiddo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won’t move! So upset!

Does not move forward and backward. Just unboxed this and my son is very, very disappointed. There is not way to return or exchange this product is out of stock and I spent weeks hunting it down. I am beyond angry.

It's pretty cool that the legs move as it goes to simulate it actually walking, the lights and sounds work great and the "explosion" throwing the little dust cloud pieces in the air is pretty fun. We actually use it as a ghost when we play Ghostbusters

Sibling playtime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was received as expected. Fairly simple to remove from box. Packaging was a bit busy, took a while to find what batteries were needed. My son easily was able to use the remote and play. Then his older sister joined in on the fun and they played for a while. His older has played with it since opening the toy.

Kids had a blast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both my 10 year old and 5 year old loved this toy! Its easy to control and not overly noisy. The only thing I would change is that the "particles" are just little pieces of cardstock so they are not very durable. We've already lost/torn several of them. The creeper Itself is decently heavy and will probably get played with for a long time!
