I love this vacuum. We have had it for about 2 weeks and it works very well. Our only qualm with this vacuum is that you CANNOT purchase an additional battery. We originally purchased an additional batter that was listed as products "also purchased" . It charged on the vacuum but when I went to use it the display read "battery not compatible" I have since contacted Samsung and am returning the battery with the hope of being able to purchase the compatible battery soon or I will have to return the vacuum. We have a larger home and a second battery is a necessity. I would have given it a 5 star but the battery issue is aggravating. I hope that this issue is correct soon and a separate charge also be made available. We are a Samsung house hold and would hate to have to purchase a different brand.

Amazing power and ease to keep you house clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first, but loved the dustbin that emptied itself, so took a chance. It leaves no crumb behind! The AI mode works seamlessly across hardwood floors and rugs, where my Dyson just sucks the rug straight in and gets stuck. It’s light, easy to maneuver and it’s slim profile can fit easily under the bed to get those dust bunnies. It’s easy on the eyes, the sleek look (black) has also won over every visitor since! Ba- bye Dyson!

Broken clip to hold canister

Only had less than a year and the canister won’t stay clipped to the vacuum. Falls off if I don’t hold it the entire time.

Not good for pet hair

we decided give samsung a try and it does not work with pet hair. :( it just drags it around (see photo). it also won’t pick up anything larger than a small crumb. and it doesnt have any kind of wheel so it feels like youre dragging it on hard floors. super disappointed we didnt stick with our tried & true shark. this would be good for someone who is very clean and does not have pets or children. might be ok for dust. as a stay at home mom on a budget, i am devastated i spent so much on this vacuum.

Could be great, however it becomes hard to push

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the vacuum and the stand. It's much better than the Dyson top of the line. It is easy to keep clean and charge. Why 3 stars, the fabric on the bottom wore away on our LVP floors and it's extremely hard to push it sound now. It just rides on the plastic and we hardly use it anymore. I'm not willing to buy another one at theses prices for it to happen again.

Design Flaw

DO NOT buy this vacuum. It has a major design flaw where after every use I get a diagnostic error and it won't run in the AI mode or with enough suction. I've washed the filters, reset the device and I still have have the error. Only thing that will clear it is using an air compressor each time. I expected much more from a vacuum cleaner that cost this much! Shame on Samsung for continuing to sell this vacuum.

Easy to use

Sometimes I have to lift it up to get a bigger object besides normal dirt. Nice that it can be a handheld smaller vacuum. It may get a little heavy from the battery for some people if used for an extended.period. .

great features. great potential. perfect for our need. if only it lasted more than 3 weeks. the motor stopped working. the power button draws power from the battery, makes a noice and shuts off. i think im done with samsung. used to be quality.
