Very disappointed — didn't even last a year.

I purchased the Samsung Jet 75 (model VS20B75ACR5/EV) in April 2025. It didn’t even make it through the first year of normal use. After about 10 months, it started malfunctioning: every time the vacuum touches the floor, a red indicator light turns on and the motor cuts out for a split second . It has become impossible to clean with it. I have used the vacuum strictly for its intended purpose (standard household cleaning) and followed all maintenance steps. I have always been a fan of Samsung products, but this experience has completely changed my opinion. For a premium brand, the reliability is very poor. It failed even before the warranty expired. I do not recommend this model.

Hello Nurmagomed,
We acknowledge the time you took to share your review of your Samsung vacuum.
Samsung Jet Stick vacuums are designed with performance‑monitoring features that help maintain smooth operation during everyday cleaning. For optimal results, keeping the dustbin emptied, ensuring airflow paths remain clear, confirming filters are clean and properly positioned, rotating tools based on cleaning needs, and allowing brief rest periods during extended sessions can help the vacuum continue operating at its best.

This is the best-engineered cordless vac ever! It replaced a Miele, which I found clunky, hard to use, and lacking in adequate suction. The Samsung is the opposite. It also can be completely disassembled and washed, which probably should be done at least once a year. Try it and you'll be impressed at how much dirt this baby handles.
I purchased this vacuum close to 2 years ago and not only are the batteries horrible but now the Turbo Head broke. I was quoted a replacement part costing almost as much as I paid for the vacuum originally. This is an on going problem with the turbo head. It is ridiculous. Never again will I purchase a Samsung product.

Broken in under 2 years. Worked moderately well. Poor value.

This vacuum lasted only 2 years, can't even find replacement battery. Your store doesn't sell right size, which is long range. Simply horrible, im never going to buy any samsung product ever.

Hi Arturo,
We understand how disappointing it can be when a key part isn’t easy to find. We are here to help you.
You can purchase genuine replacement batteries directly through samsungparts.com. If you’d like, our team can also help guide you through the process or check availability for you.
This Jet75 suction is OK, but nothing to brag about, especially given the short battery life when on MAX. Getting dirt up from under cabinets requires MAX power, so cleaning is limited and would be unusable without a second battery. The worst problem, though, is the byzantine assembly of the container. If you do not meticulously insert it to the handle it will break. This fragile design is utterly unacceptable for a machine at this price point. Unless you plan to scrutinize CLOSELY every move around emptying and cleaning the container - it will break.

I hate the color of this vacuum. I had the all white version before this one and it was so pretty, however the roller on the brush breaks after about a year. I had to buy it every year. Now they don't have the white version and everything is this ugly dark charcoal grey, masculine piece of crap. Women are the majority buyers of vacuums and the ones doing most of the work with it. It would be great to bring back the all white color. It was feminine, bright, happy and made it more enjoyable to use. I don't even want to use this machine it's so drab, lifeless and hideous color. It's also much louder. How about you work on making a quiter machine with a simple, elegant all white design like the previous Jet Stick 70. That's what women really want!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight weight and basic model of the more expensive models that retains a lot of the things that make the more expensive models great. Great suction, long lasting battery, on/off button, easy to clean filter and dust bin. Missing the extra attachments in the other models but this is a second vac for me so no problem.
