Good Suctio, Very Bad Battery Life

Great Suction, easy to use. BUT, the battery life is horrible and the cost of a second battery is a tad outrageous. On full strength, not using any of the power tools, I get 10 minutes. Exactly the same when using the powered tools. So??? This is advertised for pets, min suction power doesn't do it for pet hair in carpet.

Battery sucks

It is an awesome vacuum, super portable, and does well; however, I had to charge it 6 times to vacuum my 2400sqft home. The battery is either trash or I got a bad one. All I want is a good battery and it'd be 5 stars. I tried to go online and call and it's been a whole hassle. Send me a good battery please.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the vacuum you didn't know you needed. I have rescue cats and this makes clean up a breeze! I like the AI feature that adjusts the power to the floor type, the telescopic handle adjusts to myself and my husband, the battery life is lone enough to do the whole house and then some and the cherry on top is the automatic empty station where I don't have to touch any of the debris or have dust everywhere!! I pair this with the floor robot vacuum with empty station and my cleaning is made easier. Thank you for making products that make my life more productive!

Excellent stick vacuum packed with technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Samsung Bespoke vacuum we have purchased and absolutely love it. Somehow they keep improving on an already amazing product and this time it's so much better with the AI technology that adjusts automatically when you are moving from a hard surface to a carpeted area without having to toggle any buttons. It is very powerful considering its small and light size. The battery lasts very long on a full charge and easily cleans our 3900 sq foot two story house with ease. Like its predecessors, it is also very easy to take care of and clean with the clean station that empties the bin for you without spreading dust everywhere and also automatically runs diagnostics for you to ensure nothing it trapped or tangled in the brush or tubing. I would definitely recommend this vacuum over any other competitors.

This has to be one of the flimsiest cordless vacuums I've ever used. I'll cover the pros first because that's a short list:
Pros - it charges quickly, nice display on the top of the vacuum
Cons - even on it's highest level it struggles on carpet, flimsy, small capacity dirt tank, very confusing to use
I 100% regret buying this, has to be one of the worst vacuums I've had in a while. I have to make several passes over my carpet for it to pick up anything.
If you're going to use this on laminate, LVP, tile, hardwoods it may be better, but don't buy this for carpet
Pros - it charges quickly, nice display on the top of the vacuum

If you're having difficulty cleaning your carpet, we recommend using the Jet Fit Brush included with your vacuum, as it is specifically designed for carpet cleaning.
You can also adjust the suction power of your vacuum if you feel that the vacuum is not cleaning up dirt.
Cleaning the filter can also help the suction performance of your vacuum.

Great stick vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a Christmas gift and so far, I love it. It is very convenient since it is cordless. My husband has mounted it on the wall in my laundry room and it is up out of the way. It has good suction on both the floor wand and the handheld wand. I can run it at least 30 minutes and it keeps going. I have not run out of power yet. I run it on low and high speeds and the power stays on.

Good but not great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very nice vacuum with and the Clean station is very helpful. But i feel like the suction could be more powerful for the price. This is competing with dyson in the price range, so suction is kinda letdown.
I would recommend this to a friend!
