Not great for pets!

I purchased this product about 3 months ago. Before I went to the store I did a lot of research on vacuums to see which one was best for me. I have some Samsung electronics and home appliances so I was excited to try the vacuum. The reason why I am giving this a 1 star is because the vacuum doesn’t last 40 mins and I have to constantly use scissors to cut hair at the brush while using it. Samsung says this is great for pets but I would disagree. I waited and tried multiple ways throughout the past 3 months and every time I use it, it’s the same issue. This is a poor product for Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great vacuum

Very nice, powerful, efficient and long lasting battery. The only thing I don’t like about it are a the fact that they didn’t include tools holder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this vac because it came highly recommended. I was not disappointed. It is very easy to use and you can get into hard to reach places way more easily than with your typical vacuum cleaner. At first, when I was using it in AI mode, I didn't trust that it was 'sucking' hard enough to get at all the dirt. But I decided to give it a chance and I was not disappointed. There are still some times when I will crank it up to pick up stubborn dirt, but that is rarely necessary. I love the self-diagnostics that happen after you return the vac to the cradle. This really is a "smart" machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Innovative, sleek design with a modern style and futuristic AI. Love the new Bespoke Jet AI Cordless Stick Vacuum. Built in trash bag that automatically empties along with auto charging adjustments to maximize battery life was icing on the cake. The vacuum is so convenient and makes vacuuming simple and not a chore! Definitely can’t live without it now. It sets the new standard in vacuums!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke Jet AI vac is a wonder! It really cleans surfaces that looked clean. I LOVE the automatic dustbin empty feature. I suffer from allergies and have had a hard time emptying other high-end vacs with all the dust that flies about. The AI vac is great, it keeps dirt stored and particles are not all over the air. The vac runs smoothly, operation is simple. Very stylish looking!
