The horrible battery and suction reviews are 100000% accurate. Warranty doesn’t cover it either. I’ve had my vacuum less than 6 months and the battery is unacceptable. You use the lowest speed, hardly picks anything up. Fastest speed, lasts 5 minutes. I can’t believe they can get away with selling such an expensive vacuum that almost 100% of customers say has a terrible battery life then have the audacity to make you buy a new battery that costs half as much as the vacuum itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my take after about 2 months of usage on laminate flooring. I don't think it'll do too well on carpet, therefore I don't use it for that. I do use it on the welcome mats however, so there's that. The mats are relatively thin.
Samsung Jet AI Bespoke Edition w/ Clean Station vacuum is pretty solid. It has powerful suction, LONG battery life (~50 Minutes average between all settings), enough room in the tank to pick up around the kitchen instead of sweeping, and looks pretty sweet. The emptying reservoir station thing gets pretty loud and runs for about 10-15 seconds, but can be avoided by just not having it on and manually emptying the tank. It picks up just about all the cat litter with the Medium setting and everything else really on the Low setting. I haven't had the need to put it into High mode, and personally I don't like the AI mode. It changes its power whenever it detects texture or something, but it's kinda pointless really. The vacuum is not designed for liquid, I don't think, therefore isn't really good at it, but I've went over a few droplets and a puddle or two and it stills operates normally, so that's neat. One of my concerns would be that it's mostly plastic, if not all plastic, therefore it's really light. That translates to feeling flimsy and sort of delicate. That's scary because it feels like if I accidentally drop it, it'll break, and that's not cool considering it cost like a million dollars. This issue is noticeable when I lean the vacuum against the wall or couch, to move something out of the way to get a certain hard to reach spot. The vacuum doesn't stand on its own, it has to be propped/supported. Also, the wheels don't do too well to spin, considering it has no weight, therefore it really just glides across the floor. To clean cat hair off a suede couch, it can be used, though that's more for daily cleansing. If you intend on letting the hair and dirt accumulate for a few weeks, I'd opt for a bigger vacuum designed for that purpose. The Samsung can get it done, kudos, but it'll take a bit of time. Enough time, really, to where you wonder if it was really worth not just buying a vacuum intended for hair. I personally don't like that it's constantly charging while on the cradle/clean station. I feel like it's just damaging the battery, especially considering I'll use like 5% of its battery for a quick clean up, then it proceeds to charge to full power once docked. Realistically the level of degradation there isn't noticeable on the battery, but I just don't like it still. My final addition would be, if you use it for a sizeable cleaning job after, say 2 weeks of natural home activities, neglect when you finally decide to deep clean, any long hair will easily block the filter. This is kinda hard to notice while using the vacuum because you don't exactly pay close attention to the tank while cleaning, therefore you'll slowly start to notice trash not getting picked up. The solution would be simply opening the tank, over a trash can of course, and removing the clump of hair. Logically if you don't have long hair in the area in need of cleaning you won't encounter the issue.
That's gonna conclude my, rather thorough, opinion/review of the sucky boy. This experience is one that I feel is very common, considering my usage or case isn't special nor unordinary. I saved up some money for a good while to make this purchase, therefore if anyone else is debating the purchase for their own personal reasons, I hope this gives you realistic insight on what to possibly expect.

Lightweight and powerful

very lightweight, works great for quick cleanup. we use it all around the house, both on our area rugs and hardwood floors. its really lightweight, but cleans well. we use it on the couches and bedding as well. just does a phenomenal job.

Needs better battery life

Expected more for the money spent

Does a good job on wood and tile floors, but not so good on certain rugs. The unit becomes very difficult to push. It's best to forget about using AI on rugs and cycle down a notch or two. I think Samsung blew the engineering on the AI mode. The Active Dual Brush attachment has two rollers and one stationary tiny brush on the edge which is good for sweeping dust and dirt on wood and tile but a hinderance on rugs. Samsung should have engineered a way to get the brush out of the way as needed if they wanted to keep the brush. I like the automatic tank emptying feature. Really keeps dust out of the air. As I've just received it, It remains to be seen how long it takes to fill the storage bag. Overall a bit of a disappointment, especially considering the high price. I don't know how Samsung could have been satisfied with the engineering surrounding AI and rug cleaning. This could have been the best stick vacuum on the market.

Compact and Lightweight!

It has the extra boost for carpet vacuuming and has no trouble picking up dirt. I also like how simple it is, with a few of the most important attachments which store nice and compact. I also really like how you can detach it for a handheld version. Easy to clean out too and quick to charge. 5 stars!

Vacuum clogged issues

I bought this on January, everytime I use it the vacuum always saids its clogged, I cant finish my whole apartment without it saying its clogged, this is the only vacuum I ever had an issue with that. Does anyone have similar issues or is samsung products that bad?
