Our experience with the Samsung Jet75 has been very positive right from the beginning. The head swivels smoothly and tightly. It addresses the corners well. The overall weight was a significant factor in our search and this one certainly meets it. It is very light and does not require two hands to manoeuvre at any time. The suction is powerful and surprises me with what it picks up in a short time. Love that it is cordless making it easy to grab, cleanup and put away. While we have flooring throughout our home, we do have a couple of lower pile area rugs. This unit does not perform on carpet like a beater bar would so if you are looking for carpet vacuuming functionality this might not be your best option. Our area rugs are low pile so not an issue for us. Overall, a very good product and does what it is intended to do very well.
This vacuum cleaner is significantly quieter than many other brands while still being very powerful. Also, it is very lightweight, which makes it easy to move around. I highly recommend this product.
5 years ago, I purchsed a vaccum cleaner (wireless) and now it's defected. Finding accessories for it is problemic and may not be available. For example I can not find the suitable filter for it. And also the plactic Cover was braken and very expensive to replace, if available. Beside those plactic parts were very fragile and easily broken.
This Samsung required no regular need for filter replacement. Besides, cleaning the filter is handy.
The vacuum has good suction, doesn’t leave anything behind that I’ve noticed. The battery is good, I have 1/3 of the battery life left after vacuuming a 1000sqft apartment on medium power. There’s just a few issues that bother me, the handle feels very thin and makes a squeaking noise when you squeeze it, I feel like I have to be very gentle with it. The container that collects the debris is really annoying to put back on the vacuum, there’s like 3 different places it has to click into simultaneously, and the container feels very thin/flimsy too. To summarize, the vacuum works well but you can clearly tell that they didn’t put a lot of thought or quality into the design. I don’t think it will last a very long time but we will see! I got it on sale for $350 which feels reasonable but I certainly wouldn’t pay $800 for this thing.
I went from using a shop vac in my place to this AMAZING STICK VAC. Better than a Dyson. Why you ask?? There is not TRIGGER YOU NEED TO HOLD! Hands down the best feature. This little nugget of joy picks up hay, cat litter hair and my front mat has never looked cleaner. while i was sad to see my trust shop vac go, I an very pleased with my first grown up vacuum.
