We’ve had this vacuum for a week now. We upgraded from the Shark and what a difference. It feels light, solid and powerful. Charging is really easy in the port, and we’re able to vacuum our entire house on a single charge. We got ours for $300 down from $800 and at that price it’s a complete no-brainer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing

This product has been a huge disappointment. The vacuum head stopped spinning just three weeks after I bought it. I went through the hassle of getting a replacement, only to have the exact same issue happen again after about three months. That’s not acceptable for something that’s supposed to be reliable—like the kind of quality you typically get from brands like Samsung—but this fell far short. Based on my experience, this product has serious durability issues and isn’t worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far so good, just as powerful if not more so than the Dyson I replaced. Battery lasts longer as well, even on high power.

Only one batteey

I only used it a couple of times since I bought it 10 days ago, It works fine.
However I didn’t do enough homework.
I thought it has a replacement battery from some reviews I read but that’s not the case. At max gear, one battery lasts about 30 minutes, not one hour as claimed. Even worse, battery charging takes forever. I was disappointed when I opened the package and found out there’s only one battery although there are two battery compartments.
I contacted Samsung, the CSR checked and told me it’s supposed to be only one battery and disconnected before I could respond.
This vacuum is not good for a relatively large place unless you have enough replacement batteries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
