This has to be one of the flimsiest cordless vacuums I've ever used. I'll cover the pros first because that's a short list: Pros - it charges quickly, nice display on the top of the vacuum Cons - even on it's highest level it struggles on carpet, flimsy, small capacity dirt tank, very confusing to use I 100% regret buying this, has to be one of the worst vacuums I've had in a while. I have to make several passes over my carpet for it to pick up anything. If you're going to use this on laminate, LVP, tile, hardwoods it may be better, but don't buy this for carpet

If you're having difficulty cleaning your carpet, we recommend using the Jet Fit Brush included with your vacuum, as it is specifically designed for carpet cleaning.
You can also adjust the suction power of your vacuum if you feel that the vacuum is not cleaning up dirt.
Cleaning the filter can also help the suction performance of your vacuum.

Maintaining the vacuum cleaner," "C-1 Emptying and cleaning the dustbin," "C-2 Washable micro filter," "C-3 Fine dust filter," page 9 "Operating the vacuum cleaner (letter B) for adjusting the suction of the vacuum," page 17, "Maintenance (5th bullet)" section of the manual for more details.

Great stick vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a Christmas gift and so far, I love it. It is very convenient since it is cordless. My husband has mounted it on the wall in my laundry room and it is up out of the way. It has good suction on both the floor wand and the handheld wand. I can run it at least 30 minutes and it keeps going. I have not run out of power yet. I run it on low and high speeds and the power stays on.

Poor battery life

I bought this after seeing pretty good reviews.. but the battery doesn't even last long enough to finish one room. I'm pretty disappointed in this purchase😔
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery went out at 13 months of ownership.

The battery needed to be replaced within 13 months of buying the vacuum. That's an additional $60 that I wasn't planning on spending. Samsung would not send me a new battery. For such an expensive vacuum, I expect it to work longer. I keep it on the charger in a controlled climate. This should not have occurred.
Also the battery life does not last 40 minutes.

Convenient but poor product

The vacuum was purchased for use in a small apartment. It lasted a little longer than 1 year and then it failed to start. Changed the battery and it still will not start. This was lightweight and easily stored which was a plus in a small apartment. However, the battery charge does not last that long and it needs to be charged numerous times even for a small apartment. Then it refused to work when I needed it most. Had to use my mother's old stick vacuum. Would say the brand but I don't want to advertise in this forum. Looking for a brick and mortar place to get the vacuum serviced as well but that has been futile.

It's okay, not worth the full price.

This vacuum is just okay. We got it on discount (I want to say it was like half off) and I'm thankful we did because it is not worth the full price. Samsung sent a second battery with it so at least we get a decent amount of cleaning time between the two batteries combined. The brush head is easier to clean than some other vacuums which is a plus. The vacuum head does great with dust/dirt but it definitely struggles with anything bigger. The upholstery/stair attachment isn't the best and I find I struggle to clean my furniture with it because it does seem to want stay in contact.
