[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chose this over Dyson and happy I did. Perfect for my daily usage around the house, whether it’s the floors, rugs or even the sofa, this puppy cleans up great. Must admit I was a bit hesitant to purchase this over the dyson since my previous vacuum was the dyson but there is no fall off in performance and I love the power button on the Samsung rather than the trigger action which Dyson uses. The trigger simply tires my arm out, love the simplicity of a power button. The vacuum is light weighted making it easy to push around

Beautiful! This works well for my needs(1 German Shepherd, 2 cats). I LOVE how you open the entire container to empty the dustbin. This will help it not to clog like my other stick vacuum did. It would be nice if it had more power. I do recommend this vacuum for cleaning of hard floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best vaccumes we have ever bought. Light enough for my wife to use and enjoy, does a great job with pet hair and everything else. Easy to use, to clean, the charge. Every part works as it should. The big bonus is that it's much quieter than any of our other vacuumed and cleans just as well if not better.

Not great for pets!

I purchased this product about 3 months ago. Before I went to the store I did a lot of research on vacuums to see which one was best for me. I have some Samsung electronics and home appliances so I was excited to try the vacuum. The reason why I am giving this a 1 star is because the vacuum doesn’t last 40 mins and I have to constantly use scissors to cut hair at the brush while using it. Samsung says this is great for pets but I would disagree. I waited and tried multiple ways throughout the past 3 months and every time I use it, it’s the same issue. This is a poor product for Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Suctio, Very Bad Battery Life

Great Suction, easy to use. BUT, the battery life is horrible and the cost of a second battery is a tad outrageous. On full strength, not using any of the power tools, I get 10 minutes. Exactly the same when using the powered tools. So??? This is advertised for pets, min suction power doesn't do it for pet hair in carpet.

Battery sucks

It is an awesome vacuum, super portable, and does well; however, I had to charge it 6 times to vacuum my 2400sqft home. The battery is either trash or I got a bad one. All I want is a good battery and it'd be 5 stars. I tried to go online and call and it's been a whole hassle. Send me a good battery please.
