The horrible battery and suction reviews are 100000% accurate. Warranty doesn’t cover it either. I’ve had my vacuum less than 6 months and the battery is unacceptable. You use the lowest speed, hardly picks anything up. Fastest speed, lasts 5 minutes. I can’t believe they can get away with selling such an expensive vacuum that almost 100% of customers say has a terrible battery life then have the audacity to make you buy a new battery that costs half as much as the vacuum itself.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lightweight and powerful

very lightweight, works great for quick cleanup. we use it all around the house, both on our area rugs and hardwood floors. its really lightweight, but cleans well. we use it on the couches and bedding as well. just does a phenomenal job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs better battery life

I love that it is lightweight and works great on my hardwood floors and rugs but the batter life only lasts about 10 minutes!

Compact and Lightweight!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy with this vacuum. It is lightweight, easy to use, and vacuums nicely. It has the extra boost for carpet vacuuming and has no trouble picking up dirt. I also like how simple it is, with a few of the most important attachments which store nice and compact. I also really like how you can detach it for a handheld version. Easy to clean out too and quick to charge. 5 stars!

Broken clip to hold canister

Only had less than a year and the canister won’t stay clipped to the vacuum. Falls off if I don’t hold it the entire time.

Not good for pet hair

we decided give samsung a try and it does not work with pet hair. :( it just drags it around (see photo). it also won’t pick up anything larger than a small crumb. and it doesnt have any kind of wheel so it feels like youre dragging it on hard floors. super disappointed we didnt stick with our tried & true shark. this would be good for someone who is very clean and does not have pets or children. might be ok for dust. as a stay at home mom on a budget, i am devastated i spent so much on this vacuum.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use. The battery life is the amount I need for cleaning my floors downstairs. Sometimes I have to lift it up to get a bigger object besides normal dirt. Nice that it can be a handheld smaller vacuum. It may get a little heavy from the battery for some people if used for an extended.period. .

great features. great potential. perfect for our need. if only it lasted more than 3 weeks. the motor stopped working. the power button draws power from the battery, makes a noice and shuts off. i think im done with samsung. used to be quality.
