I don’t know if the one I ordered is a lemon, but it takes small pieces of dirt and just throws them around doesn’t suck them up, and when it goes on carpet if powers down and stops spinning. Not happy at all with the purchase and I will be returning asap.
I really like how light it is and the suction is great.
For the life of me I could not find the plug to charge the battery. It it tucked away on the side in a very out of the way place. Probably didn't help that i was trying to find it in a dimly lit room. That is my only complaint.
Recently bought this when it’s on sale, they claimed the battery will last for 60 minutes, but not in my case. I used med mode, and only last me around 30 minutes. It also said comes with two batteries but actually just one! For the suction power, I think it’s good. I had Dyson V7, V10 before, it worked a little bit better than Dyson V7 and V10 model. However, if this vacuum isn’t on sale, it cost $800! But Dyson V7 and V10 were around $400-$500. But performance is quite similar, not sure is it worth is if I have to pay full price!
Bought this to replace a Dyson V11 we weren’t completely happy with. This vacuum is lighter, easier to manoeuvre, quieter, and just as powerful. It doesn’t have all of the features of the Dyson such as height adjustable head and lcd display, but using this vacuum makes me think they weren’t necessary.
It’s not quite as easy to empty as a Dyson but it doesn’t plug up the fine filter every time it’s used like the Dyson does.
This is later than the Shark it replaces but works as well if not better for genearl vacuuming. I wish though that the instruction for use were written in a clearer style and that it sould be easier to access possible accesories.
