Great dental product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great product, the battery life is amazing it last forever. It is not loud which is great since it doesn’t wake up anyone. The design is perfect not too small and I love the way it cleans my mouth like in the dentist and the charging time is minimal.

Didn't even last one year!

Poor quality. It lasted less than a year, and unfortunately I didn't keep my receipt. It kept a charge for a few months, but then wouldn't recharge. Complete junk!

Amy, we never want you to feel disappointed when investing in an Oral-B iO Series 2 toothbrush, so we're sorry you're having charging issues, and we'd like to help. Oral-B electric toothbrushes should last between 3-5 years. It's helpful to know when charging your toothbrush, it must be powered off before putting it on the charger. Also, ensure the charger is not near or on a metal surface, as it can interfere with the electromagnetic charger. A full charge can take up to 22 hours, so make sure the brush is placed on the charging pin correctly. If placed incorrectly, the charging light will still be on but not charging.
