It took no time to assemble, and the instructions are very easy to understand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Falcons branding! This Oral-B toothbrush works well because it’s gentle on the gums and tough on plaque. I like that it has three cleaning settings one for super sensitive teeth, one for daily cleaning and one for gentle cleaning! This makes it suitable for a lot of different people, and I love the design. Definitely worth it.

Mold growth under brush head

I bought this toothbrush for my husband and I just a little while ago and we went to take the brush head off and there is mold growing underneath. We give our toothbrushes a thorough rinse after each time we brush. It was absolutely disgusting and with no way to properly clean where the mold is grown I am realizing our money is wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We can certainly imagine how surprised you were not notice mold on your husband's toothbrush, and want to help. Please know that there’s nothing in our toothbrush components that would cause mold before use. Mold requires organic material to grow, which isn’t present in our brushes. While it’s rare, mold can develop after use if the brush is stored in a damp area or comes into contact with certain cleaning agents or soaps that can make the plastic porous. To help prevent this from happening in the future, we recommend rinsing the brush head under running water with the handle on. Then switch it off, remove the head, clean both parts separately, and dry them before reattaching. So we can offer further assistance, please call us at (800) 566-7252.

Worthless instructions

Brand new - just out of box. Instructions are worthless; non-existent. How long to charge? When is it charged - when light is on or off? What do different pictures mean for modes? How long does a battery last? ZERO usage instruction info on OralB website - ZERO!

Christian, thank you so much for your feedback. We're incredibly sorry for the confusion and frustration. To answer your questions, this brush has a 24 hours charge time but a 4 week battery life when brushing for 4 minutes a day. The charging light near the on/off switch blinks green while charging. Once fully charged the indicator light turns off. If the battery is running low, the light blinks red after switching the brush off. The three modes for this brush are: Super Sensitive, Gentle, and Daily Clean. You can tell what mode you're on based on the rpm. MOLDS EASILY AND YOU CANT REACH IT TO CLEAN IT

Would not recommend at all. Had mold all in the toothbrush after only 2 months of using it and it is not cleanable the mold ain’t even reachable and all I use is electric toothbrush’s I’ve never had this problem before
