A joke?

This track looks so great!! The fact only certain cars worn with it is ridiculous. Topped with where are the special cars that go with it? The car it came with has a loop, looking at the site you can’t even filter those cars. I would have rather paid extra for more cars in the set. “4loops 4 cars”

Terrible gift

The included car doesn’t even work and none of the 75+ hot wheels cars my son has work. I went out and purchased another 5 pack of the ones with orange wheels that are supposed to work well on loop tracks and none of those work either. What was supposed to be my son’s favorite gift and literally the only thing he asked for is something that frustrates him all day every day now.

Kids loved but I don’t

Battery life sucks. Even with turning it off when it’s not played batteries only last 2-3 days max. Also they take 4 DD BATTERIES. My kids love the track but the quality of this track ain’t it.

This Track Doesn't Work

Can't find any cars that will work on the track. We have tried multiple styles and packs. Nothing makes it around the track. Kind of a terrible design if the product doesn't work...I wonder what cars they tested this with?

Bought this for my son and it worked for a couple of days with the car that came with it, now not even that car works. Have tried many different cars, even ones that are suggested on here and nothing else works. Waste of money and lack of customer service had lead me to never purchasing tracks like this again. You dropped the ball Mattel

The car doesn't go through all the loops

We bought this toy as a Christmas present for our child, who had eagerly waited for it for two months. Unfortunately, it only worked for about 10 minutes before the cars stopped completing the entire track. Initially, we suspected an issue with the batteries, even though we were using brand-new ones from a well-known, reputable brand. We replaced them with another set of fresh, high-quality batteries, but the problem persisted.
We tried around 20 different Hot Wheels cars and even measured the current at the battery pack, which remained stable at over 6V, as expected. This leads us to believe that the issue lies with the motor or the internal mechanism, which appears to be poorly designed or made with subpar materials.
Given the high price of this toy, we expected much better quality. Unfortunately, this experience has left us extremely disappointed with the Hot Wheels brand.

Horrible toy don't buy it!

Bought this for Christmas for my son and none of the cars it came with will even make the 1st loop, seems impossible that it would or could even make the 4loops, bought multiple different 1:64 cars and track cars and even hott wheel cars and none of them can make it around the first or second loop. This is the worst toy for hott wheels. Too many loops, and the rotary isn't strong enough to project the cars fast enough to make all these loops even the first one is troubling to the point where this toy is trash. If u want a hott wheels track better to get one that doesn't have loops like this or only has one because this is a waste of ur money. Now I'm out the money and have all these cars that don't work for it. It's trash!

Disappointed

I bought this for Christmas for my boys who love cars and tracks. Easy assembly. 4 D batteries isn't the best. It worked for the car that came with it and that's it. After a couple hours and a whole bunch of cars later it stopped working and maybe 2 cars out of all their cars works. So I bought "track cars" but they didnt work either. Now not even the car that came with it works. I have to figure out how to take it apart because I am returning it but can't do so assembled. My boys and I are so disappointed! I wish I read the reviews before buying this!
