I like it better than the Roborock vacuum.

I bought this a little over a month ago. I like that it heats up the water and self cleans. I don’t like how it doesn’t clean corners very well and sometimes moves pebbles over the floor instead of vacuuming them up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had a few robots before, from other manufacturers. This is the first one that works. It maps out the work in a systematic way and goes about it in a predictable manner, without missing spots. The app is great, easy to use to operate the robot, customize the map, view the progress of a task.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Narwal Freo Z Ultra Robot Vacuum & Mop is the BEST on the market. I have had the iRobot that is suppose to do the same but Narwal blows it out of the water, so to speak. I love my new machine and it works so well...it sees all and does the best job ever on vacuuming and mopping. It gets my floors cleaner than I even imagined. I have had this for several months and got the automatic water exchange after a few months as well. I absolutely love it. I mean, it could improve in my areas but for the most part, I absolutely love it! The water exchange has made it pretty much self sufficient besides maintenance cleaning every few weeks.

This is my first robot vacuum cleaner and I love it! According to the Narwal app, I have been using the Freo Z Ultra for 56 days. So far, so good. I am loving the help with keeping up with the floors -- I have several cats and dogs, so my floors are an issue for me. The vacuum seems pretty intuitive and I am still learning new things. It's also easy to maintain -- I like that. It's quite quiet and none of my cats and dogs are bothered by it.
What would I like to see improved?
1. I would like to add a new room or two without having to remap the whole house -- even though remapping my house doesn't take very long.
2. I would also like the type on the app to either be larger or darker. Other than the headlines (which are larger and black), the other text is both very small and very light grey. I'm betting the contrast would not pass the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
