Only good at mopping/doesnt like carpets or rugs

Overall it is ok. The best part about it is that I can send it to wash a floor and it does most of the work. Otherwise it’s ok. It doesn’t like carpet or rugs at all. It doesn’t keep the customizations that i put on them and will negate those requests when i send it out to vacuum. It also now is constantly overheating even after changing all of the filters and wiping down the sensors. I can only send it out for a few rooms at a time before it starts to overheat. I have changed to settings multiple times to see if it helps but it doesn’t. I have also reset ut and made sure the software is up to date and that doesn’t help. I got this robot to minimize the amount of work I do mopping and vacuuming the floor but the only good thing it does is mop. I am now thinking of only using this one to mop and go back to my old iRobot to do the vacuuming. It’s sad that I spent so much money on a great mop and ok vacuum.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have a iRobot roomba vac and absolutely love it. My husband kept telling me that I needed to look into a mop due to trying to keep up with our two dogs. A lady I follow on Instagram was posting about her Narwal Freo Z Ultra and I reached out to her and she was telling me all about it. I immediately went to look into it. It is definitely an investment, but I have to admit, this is the best purchase I have ever made. This thing is amazing! I have hardwood and tile and this mop/vacuum is so quiet! I vacuum daily and mop/vacuum nightly. It cleans so good and has made my life less complicated.

It has been amazing having the Narwal in our home. I feel like I have more of my life back to do other things. No matter if it’s other chores that need to done or fun activities. It really does a great job of cleaning our hardwood and tile floor. We are a household of 4 and after having my baby it makes me feel good about her crawling around in the floor. Knowing it’s not nearly as dirty as it used to be. There are so many amazing features of the Narwal. Being able to program its use is the best feature. If you have children, I totally recommend this product.

This has to be one of my top 10 favorite purchases of my life. I never have to pick up a broom, mop or vacuum ever again. This thing is smart; it gets all the edges and baseboards, identifies if a particular area is dirtier and adjusts how it cleans. The best part is how it handles dog hair. It REALLY does have a roller that doesn’t get clogged. Dog owners- it is a miracle. The I am grateful for it every day.

I really like this machine, works really well vacuuming and washing my floors. Other than filling and emptying the water tanks you don’t even know it’s around . Took a couple shots connecting to the internet but, it finally hooked up. My only real complaint was the directions were hard to read.

Bought it 6 months ago. Only thing is I have a big house and 4 dogs the self emptying don't empty enough while cleaning. We tried the smart setting it wood never empty. It wood get so full it wood have clumps of hair come out of the bottom. So we put it on the setting empty before each use. So when we have it clean we can only select couple rooms at a time so the dust bin don't get to full.

I've had it several months and still have not figured out how to vacuum my high pile rug. It is very difficult tor use and the app is not user friendly. The areas it does mop and vacuum look great but you need a masters in robotics to program it.

Been very satisfied thus far-only nit is there doesn’t seem to be a way to remap an individual room or to have the robot to automatically recognize that the room has changed and adjust to the new configuration
