love the quietness and the ability to mop and vacuum, I only wish the instructions and mapping were a little easier to figure out the only instructions you get is the initial start up. You have to look everything else up online. I have had to reap a couple times and still not sure if this is the best accurate way of cleaning my floors

Wish it lasted longer for mopping a second floor. Carrying it back and forth is not easy, especially because the robot comes with no handle or any way to carry it around in a more comfortable way. And it is quite heavy. So, great for one floor. Not so great for a second floor. Mapping the second floor area to mop each time is also a pain.

This is the absolute best robot vacuum-mop ever! I put it up against any cleaning person or machine! Hands down way way better than! We LOVE it ! the floors are so clean we could eat off them.And we have 5 indoor animals..😳
