[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought or Vertuo Pop Plus Deluxe about 3 weeks ago and its the best Christmas gift to ourselves. We use it exclusively for our morning coffees and now for making espresso martinis. We were on the fence of whether to get a Nespresso machine or a more complicated Espresso machine but the convenience and ease of use is unmatched and the product output doesn't make us feel like we sacrificed any quality at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty amazing unit complete with a forty ounce reservoir, small medium or large coffee! Drip tray with four position settings that's also detachable. No pump in this unit centrifusion coffee and espresso is flavorful. Fifteen second heat time coffee is fresher tasting and a hotter temperature and the whipped crema is delicious due to the centrifusion. More importantly sustainability commitment. I am over excited to see the next in the line ! Espresso,Coffee & Chai tea please !!!packaged nicely with recycled materials easy carry handle. In a word Bodacious!!

Was good until it broke

I received this as a gift end of 2019.. I didn’t even use it everyday (average 2-3x) p/ week. Went to recently use it and when I turned it on the ‘starter’ just started growling and would not work. Turned it off and tried again.. it’s broken. It gets 3 stars bc it was great when it worked.. but for it to die not even 3 years later is a bummer. It’s too expensive for it to break so soon and without daily use. Would not repurchase and do not recommend this model

I love my Nespresso! The espresso pods are more expensive than k cups but the quality is great. I can easily make lattes and other quality espresso drinks at home conveniently.
