Vertuo Pop+ is a hit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a long time, my wife and I would enjoy Nespresso coffee at our friends house. They have a Vertuo machine. We really enjoyed all the different coffees. I was fortunate to receive a Vertuo Pop+. I'm so happy with it. Our friends exchange with us different coffees.

Did not last 8 months. Used in our RV while traveling. Worked okay before it started flashing red. I went back to a regular coffee maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacements options to provide you via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. Chocolate Is All It Took! A Machine for a Friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fixed a mug of Nespresso's Rich Chocolate for my friend and she was hooked! She's loved coffee since she was a baby. She only drinks the best. Challenge accepted! Hooked with her fist sip! Her kids were looking for a Mother's Day gift idea and Vertuo Pop Machine was exactly what she needed. I placed the order and had the machine within a week. She received the gift on Mother's Day and she's already ordered more coffee. - That was only 6 days ago! Thanks, Nespresso for making my friend's day, and my day, on a daily basis.

Think how many want that first cup?

Gifted this 2 months ago. Soooo disappointed. Too long to brew one cup of coffee! Who gets the first cup? By then someone wants a second but….wait no time. Better choice would be make a product to produce 6+ cups, easy peasy.

Horrible design. Entire top half opens to brew!

So clunky. The entire top half of the machine lifts up and you have to push down with all your might to close it, then lean on it with one arm to move the lever to “lock” to actually get the coffee brewed. It is also incredibly loud. I’m honestly shocked with all the fine star reviews. I had a larger Nespresso with the easily open / close (semi automatic open close) small top where just the capsule area top opens/closes. Ok this pop+ machine legit the entire top half has to open - such a horrible design. Spend the extra $ and go up a size so you can get a machine that is easier to use and not so clunky. Returning.
