I have bought 2 different machines and both of them quite working a year after I bought it. It doesn't heat anymore and water is pouring out the bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality.

I bought this machine 2 months ago after my previous machine of 2 years broke. After only 2 months this machine broke. I brewed a double espresso and the entire espresso brewed out of the bottom of the machine and right next to the cord causing a major electrical safety hazard. This machine also feels much cheaper than the previous machine I had. Would not recommend this machine.

Compact and sleek, great for a smaller place!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple weeks ago for a smaller kitchen with lower cabinets. Fits great in the space. Only very slight downfall is that the bottom needs more nonslip. The coffee maker moves around a bit when you go to open it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this machine because I wanted to have more size options compared to my citiz. Coffee is good and it’s very compact. Was pretty hesitant to buy a vertuo since most reviews were iffy, but I finally pulled the trigger. At first it was awesome, but after 1 week I figured out that every time I load it I have to be careful closing it or else once I start the machine and it shakes and make a louder than usual noise I know the coffee is going inside the capsule receptor instead of my cup, hence wasting coffee. I would say no matter how careful I am loading the capsule, 1 in 5 cups ends up wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
