I expected better quality from this brand. Coffee is too watery and crème is nonexistent in this model. Skip the Pop and Next models and go with their higher end line. I’ll be returning this and just buying another Plus.

Wonderful coffee and love the Blue Bottle collab!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using a Nespresso Vertuo machine for years. I personally have two favorite coffee brands: Nespresso and Blue Bottle Coffee. As soon as the Nespresso X Blue Bottle Coffee collaboration machine was released, I knew I had to order one (even though my current machine was still functioning perfectly...please don't tell my wife)!
The two main things I love about my Vertuo machine are the number of available sizes of capsules and how quickly I can make a cup of coffee. Sometimes I just want a quick pick-me-up, so I pop in an espresso capsule. While other times, I have a long meeting and I need a lot of coffee, so I'll pop in a mug, alto, or carafe capsule.
The maintenance and upkeep of the machine are also quite easy, which is another great selling point. I've been using instant/individual cup coffee machines for decades and I'm so glad that I finally landed on Nespresso! While other machines produce sad, watered-down coffee, Nespresso machines always produce a tasteful, wonderful cup of coffee! I'm a bit of a super-fan of Nespresso, but please believe me when I type that Nespresso coffee is some of the best coffee I've ever tasted...and I literally own and use every method of brewing coffee!

Disappointing

Light usage but only lasted 5 months. It just stopped. We couldn't even get it to run long enough to descale. It was disappointing since it's not exactly an inexpensive machine. I should have stuck to Keurig.

Compact and colorful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how compact this machine is. Perfect for smaller areas, specially for those with smaller kitchens. And the pop of color makes it so cute. I think this would be a great for the college student. Small but mighty!

A coffee novice!

I lived over five decades as a non-coffee drinker, keeping a coffee maker on hand for my guests.
I recently acquired a taste for espresso in drinks and various recipes. This machine allows me to make espresso for me and allows coffee-dependent guests to get their "fix" of whatever drink they prefer. Easy to use. Everyone seems to love how they taste.
Overall, very happy - although I received it as a gift, and the color is most definitely not what I would have selected!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This coffee machine is perfect for a college dorm if you are not a fan of dining hall coffee and do not want to be wasting your money on overpriced coffee! I would totally recommend!

I recently purchased this machine as I just loved the colour I already own a machine. This machine was very disappointing it is a lot noisier , doesn’t feel like the same quantity and even where you place a cup feels flimsy. Disappointed I will be returning it as I don’t think my pop of colour was worth it.
