Bought this machine because I wanted to have more size options compared to my citiz. Coffee is good and it’s very compact. Was pretty hesitant to buy a vertuo since most reviews were iffy, but I finally pulled the trigger. At first it was awesome, but after 1 week I figured out that every time I load it I have to be careful closing it or else once I start the machine and it shakes and make a louder than usual noise I know the coffee is going inside the capsule receptor instead of my cup, hence wasting coffee. I would say no matter how careful I am loading the capsule, 1 in 5 cups ends up wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very beautiful on my coffee bar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Nespresso. I loved the idea of how compact this machine is. The only thing I don’t like is that I can only get two cups of coffee and my tumblers don’t usually fit under the spout. But again, the appeal of the machine was the reduced size so I can’t really complain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently ordered the Vertuo Pop machine to replace my previous machine which I had for many years and loved.
I’m really very unhappy with the pop machine. Advertised as “compact” and while it is shorter it’s much wider than my last machine. The coffee tray is too small and my mugs have fallen off multiple times spilling coffee everywhere. While it makes coffee fine I’m very unhappy with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mug Tray Too Small

The mug tray is too small! For one of the few Vertuo machines that delivers an "XL Size" cup of coffee, why is the platform for the mug so blasted small? The bottom of my mug, a fairly standard size 12 oz coffee mug, hangs half off the tiny little platform. I could remove the platform entirely but then there are two holes in front of the machine that make it look like a part is missing. I have had the same issue with other Nespresso machines. I realize that espresso cups fit espresso machines. However, if you're going to offer machines that serve a regular size cup of coffee, please make the platform at least large enough to hold a coffee mug! Returning the machine without using it.

Leakage after two weeks!

I wanted to like this machine so bad, but it only worked fine just for the first two weeks. Everytime, I ran the water for cleaning, there would be continuous leakage. I called Nespresso and they are replacing it but I don’t think it’s normal that this happened when the machine is only two weeks old…

No hot coffee to enjoy.

Received as a gift from my daughter so I am forced to use it. I still have my Mocha Master which makes super-hot, enjoyable coffee. The Nespresso only makes slightly hot cup coffee which forces me to drink the coffee quickly before it cools off. No chance to enjoy the coffee. My wife adds milk so she must microwave the coffee to get it hot. I did write a review but never heard back. What is the temperature of the coffee coming out of the Nespresso supposed to be?
