Not a good experience

I switched from the vertio next deluxe to this and it’s HORRIBLE! It is not only loud by the carafe doesn’t fit under the spout! They had to send a replacement because the first one arrived used and now sending this one back as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Consistently malfunctioning. Now broken.

I bought this model in September when my Vertuo Next finally kicked the bucket. I have had nothing but problems and malfunctions with the Vertuo Pop. I do a clean cycle once a week and it still has residue that makes it stick and not brew my coffee. It's made of plastic and the metal spring that makes the bars empty the pod after use broke off. It is very poorly made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Chose a Different Machine

We bought this a few weeks ago after having the Vertuo Plus for years. We loved the Vertuo Plus and used it daily for 5 years before it started having issues on and off, thought it never stopped working. The Vertuo Pop is not only considerably louder, it is having issues turning on when a new pod is inserted for brewing only a week out of the box. While I understand that the machine is meant to take up less counter space, it doesn't consume that much less space, the compartment for discarded pods is less than half the size, and the way that it comes out of the machine means that it can't even be completely full before it has to be emptied if you don't want to deal with a cascade of pods. I have no idea how this machine is rated so highly, I would never suggest it over the other options, except that it can brew the larger sized pods.

This machine is so amazing and the Samra Origins coffee pods taste soooo good! It’s so easy to use and it doesn’t take that much space. 10/10 would recommend.

This machine is perfect for people like me with limited counter space because it is a smaller machine and doesn’t take up much room. I found it very easy to use and the app feature is very convenient too! I also love all the fun color options for this machine!

If only if worked as good as it looks

Received this as a gift and I am very disappointed. It only works when it wants to. I have to open and close the lid over and over again and it may or may not work. Tried changing pods which didn't help. The majority of the time I just resort to making a cup of instant coffee. No one needs this kind of frustration first thing in the morning!

Tank doean't swivel

The coffee is fine and the POP is attractive but, far from being the smallest footprint, the water tank is NOT movable, so it takes up more space and is awkward. You should note that on the description as the videos of the swiveling tank are a sales point for the Next. The POP tank doesn't swivel.

It’s amazing!!! The flavor is robust and smooth! It’s just as powerful and flavorful as my larger Vertuo machine! I made my family a latte and they were all in love with the flavor!!! My sisters are going to buy one for themselves too! You can’t beat the price, taste and size of this machine!
