👎🏻 be prepared to replace it every year because they make you work for a replacement. Such a waste of money and time.

Understand That You Are Buying a Flawed Machine

Worked pretty well initially…now, it’s only sporadically making coffee. It also leaks coffee everywhere—except in my cup.

Good coffee, bad machine

I don’t know where to start, but I’mma keep it simple. I was so happy that I taste a cup of coffee from this machine and it was so good so I had to get one. I had it for a couple of months I was sick I couldn’t use it And when I finally opened it up, it was used it didn’t work. I had to clean it then it finally worked. Every time I use it, I have to clean it before I brew the coffee because it won’t work One day it made a loud noise. I thought it was gonna explode. I don’t recommend this machine Nespresso you could do better.

Small but mighty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in a small apartment and have very limited counter space. I love the Nespresso machines but it seems like most of them take up a lot of space. This machine has solved that issue! Love the size and it definitely does not lack power! I love that I can make an espresso shot, double espresso, regular cup of coffee or iced coffee from this one machine. The water tank is easy to refill and is good for a couple cups of coffee before you have to refill it. I only drink one coffee per day so this is perfect for me. If you are looking for great tasting espresso/coffee and don’t have a ton of counter space you can’t go wrong with this machine! Very satisfied!

Disappointed

I just bought this machine after my Vertuo Next stopped working and I decided to forgo sending it back in to most likely never get repaired. I purchase this machine due to its smaller size and ability to make larger sizes of coffee than my old Next. This machine is a disappointment in quality. It does not have the same quality aesthetic as my chrome Next, it has plastic parts where my Next had metal and it is so loud when making coffee! My husband said it sounds like a lawn trimmer. Despite this, the coffee it brewed was good and hot. However, I am going to return this machine due to its overall aesthetic and part concerns so that I can buy either a more basic model and forgo the larger size pod capability :( or splurge on the Latissima. My concern with the Latissma is that I can see it has the same locking mechanism as the Next which was always difficult to shut, it has plastic vs metal parts that I saw in the online video, and people say the milk froth isn’t hot enough. Also, I’m concerned these newer models are not going to last if they have cheapened their manufacturing like so many companies have done post COVID due to supply chain issues, inflation, freight and labor cost increases. It’s an unfortunate time we live in right now.

Coffee temperature is not ideal

I love everything about this machine. EXCEPT THE COFFEE TEMPERATURE. it’s the only reason why I do not use the machine as often as I would love. I understand that Nespresso suggests that this is the ideal temperature for coffee. But I disagree. Nespresso needs to adjust the temperature of the coffee to make it a little bit hotter and to compensate for factors like cup and spoon temperature and make the temperature of the coffee stay hot a bit longer.

Not a good experience

I switched from the vertio next deluxe to this and it’s HORRIBLE! It is not only loud by the carafe doesn’t fit under the spout! They had to send a replacement because the first one arrived used and now sending this one back as well.
