[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good footprint, but not that much smaller on the countertop than a full sized machine. Brews well, just like its big sisters. Great price point to enter the Vertuo universe.

Disappointed

I bought this machine 2 months ago and I don’t like the mechanism at all, not even a little. I have to literally force shut the top of the machine where you insert the coffee pod using two hands. It’s not a smooth closure at all and feel like the machine will eventually weaken and break. I’m so disappointed because I truly believe in the brand and very much enjoy their coffee.
I really wish I had only bought the original machine I owned for seven years and never had an issue… I had the Virtuo vintage classic machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Home-Brewed Coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased the Nespresso Pop+ and absolutely love using it. And, not only our family, but also friends and family who come over for a visit. Everyone loves the rich, creamy and tasty brew that Nespresso produces. The centrifugal extraction method used by the machine is amazing. And, the self-containing elimination of the used coffee pods is so cool. We love that you can recycle the pods at the Nespresso boutique or UPS store for repurposing. The Nespresso coffees are so tasty and the variety offered is incredible. You can really taste the quality of the coffee and knowing that the coffees are fair-trade sourced is a real plus. The Aeroccino 3 frother works great, too. Overal, this is the best home-brewed coffee system we have ever owned. We are sold on Nespresso — so much so that we gifted three new Pop+ machines to our extended families for Christmas. Thank you, Nespresso!!

I asked him why he was drinking watered down coffee and he didn’t know there were other options. They tried it this morning for the first time! Night and day is all he could say. Great product always!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Nespresso user for years. I have recommended Nespresso to my mother. She has two. Recommended Nespresso to my daughter. She loves the variety of coffee pods. I bought this machine for my father to put in his condo. The compact size is perfect. He was a "K" owner but is now converted. He thinks the coffee tastes way better.
