[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We heard from multiple sources that this not even in the same realm as other coffee makers. It’s a league of its own. We got one and feel the exact same way now! It’s difficult to put into words the difference and level this machine shares, but it’s certainly wonderful!

Ive had to buy three (3) machines. The first two did not descale correctly despite my neurotic attention to the kinda detailed you tube videos, buying the pricey de-scaler pouches, and scrupulous detail to keeping the machine clean--the light was always funky on top, signaling a problem.
Although it's an iffy machine, it does (when working properly) make decent coffee with horrendously pricey capsules, and has a smallish foot print on my small counter. I used store-bought water, with NO additives, as my tap in this county is considered "hard"; I do not wanna destroy this small machine with lousy water.
Despite careful daily attention to detail, it still required my purchasing three machines, which I am not happy about. The"traditional" decanter-style machines better engineered for longevity. Perhaps you will have better luck.

Good value option for Nespresso machines

The Nespresso Vertuo is a huge step up from the original Nespresso machine which I use at home. I got the Vertuo for my office and I’m very pleased with the flavor and cream the machine produces. My main complaint is the apparatus for closing the top where you insert the capsule. My father has a Vertuo that has a small lever you press down on in order to trigger the machine to open/close it while this one requires manual closure via turning a lever which doesn’t always feel right to me. In addition, the height of the tray is a little too short for the mug I use (a yeti 24 oz tumbler which is 6.4” in height). Despite these limitations, I’m really impressed by this machine and would definitely recommend this, especially for the price range.

Best coffee ☕️

This is so much better than the bigger version the virtual next this is so compact and the water tank is not in the back. It’s on the side so it just doesn’t take up as much counterspace. It’s a mini version and I prefer this to my larger one and the fact that it’s even less expensive and newly updated is just a huge bonus. The brewing speed is about 30 seconds. There are tons of flavor options and need a nice creamy and frothy brew every time it has not disappointed I love the compact machine, and the colors are gorgeous
