Great Coffee!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am new to Nespresso and I have to say I will not go back to the brands I was using before. I am so spoiled by Nespresso. The taste of the coffee is very smooth. I drink the decaf pods and they are amazing.

I am on day one.the machine came with a sample pack of all different coffees. I’m still figuring out what I want.
I was concerned about how much counter space the machine would require. I put it next to our Keurig.The Nespresso looked liked the Keurig’s sleek sophisticated sister visiting from Europe..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine I gifted it to my grandma, my only complaint would be the lock at the top is a bit hard to turn for an older woman

Thanks for your review, Jocy. We’re dismayed to learn that your grandmother is having difficulty turning the lever on the Vertuo Pop+ machine you gifted her. We recommend pressing the head of the machine down while sliding the lever over to lock and unlock the head of the machine. If sliding the lever continues to be an issue, please have your grandmother call our toll-free number 800-562-1465 to speak with a machine expert. The Vertuo Pop+ machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options, even after the machine is out of warranty. May your grandmother enjoy discovering our Vertuo blends as she creates her new Nespresso coffee ritual.

Small but powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great if you have reduced counter space but are still looking for a machine with diverse options. Coffee is delicious but the machine can be a bit loud when operating. Brew time is faster than other machines I’ve had.

Delicious and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on the fence but my wife wanted one for Christmas. And I have to say it’s very easy to make an excellent cup of coffee. First of all, the aroma just fills the kitchen The coffee itself tastes like how it smells. The foam on top is incredible. (And amazing! How does it do that???). It’s an investment in, but once you start - it’s honestly a better deal than coffee shop (and better)
