My new Vertuo Pop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Nespresso machine was on its last leg, and I decided I needed a new one. I got the new Vertuo Pop. I love it. It size is perfect, the coffee tastes, amazing as always, and it’s very easy to use. My favorite coffee is Melozio. Its Rich caramely flavor just starts my day off perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy to have finally purchased my own Vertuo Pop Plus. I was more excited that it was so easy to set up! It came all put together all I had to do was add water and press 3 times to clean out the mechanism.Then tried my first pod and it was amazing. I really like the white top as it goes well with my kitchen. I absolutely love my purchase and am sorry I didn't buy it sooner. I am usually intimidated by anything new that I have to learn. This is a definate must for an older Karen like me. I highly recommend to anyone over 60 easy peasy to work.

I am on day one.the machine came with a sample pack of all different coffees. I’m still figuring out what I want.
I was concerned about how much counter space the machine would require. I put it next to our Keurig.The Nespresso looked liked the Keurig’s sleek sophisticated sister visiting from Europe..

We recommend pressing the head of the machine down while sliding the lever over to lock and unlock the head of the machine. If sliding the lever continues to be an issue, please have your grandmother call our toll-free number 800-562-1465 to speak with a machine expert. The Vertuo Pop+ machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options, even after the machine is out of warranty. May your grandmother enjoy discovering our Vertuo blends as she creates her new Nespresso coffee ritual.
